What a day. 1st, one of our gadgets was snatched from the display area. Good thing one of our alert SGs caught the tattooed guy and brought him to the mall's admin office. We then found out that he managed to steal a hard drive from one of the PC stores, as well as a token from Blue Magic. They said that whatever he has stolen, he needs to pay it times 10. I dunno what happened next, last thing i heard he was escorted to a precinct.
And then, there was a subscriber who sent about 23k to someone she havent even met via our money transfer facility. Our cashier doubted to process her request but she insisted. After about an hour she came back to see if she can get her money back coz she heard that the person she sent money to was a scammer. Too late, the money was already withdrawn from the account, and the number is now out of reach.

FTW! yugatech
I’d love to take videos of myself, my friends, or anyone with the Flip Mino HD because i have always wanted to do an "a day in a life" story and post it on my blog so to see how each day goes and realize that we all have amazing lives and stories. It would be like moving pictures.

Gandang Gabi Vice experience
I was driving home from work on Monday and I received a text message from my Mom's BFF, Tito Rommel, who's currently working at Studio 23. I was able to take a glimpse of the message. He got me 3 slots to see Vice Ganda and watch the taping of "Gandang Gabi Vice". Since it was traffic, I immediately sent a reply of confirmation, as well as send a message to my boss to schedule me a leave on Wednesday, November 9. Good thing my windows are tinted so the jeepneys beside me didnt see me smiling so big when I was reading what the message says. They wouldve thought I was crazy.
Came Wednesday, I drove to ABS CBN (it was my first time driving there. When my mom used to work dun sa network for years, we used to ride cabs :) hehe) with my used-to-be-boss (OM TL Rice) when I was still working in a BPO company. We were supposed to watch in 3s, but Bubbles needed to rest due oh-so-biglaang trangkaso. I was advised to look for a certain Jonas and tell him that we were guests of a Studio 23 employee. When we got in, Jonas told us to stay in the area with the other lucky madlang people and wait for their signal so we can enter the studio. There were no chairs in the said area but we didnt mind, OM TL Rice and I chatted and reminisced while we wait. We know that we will be enjoying the day later on.
To make the long story short, we werent disappointed. We had SO MUCH FUN. We think our cheeks and pangas are swolen dahil sa ngawit sa kakatawa! Though there were loooong gaps in between takes, the audience, including TL and me, didnt really mind. There were what they call the Jesters, who are as witty as Vice, to keep us energized and naaaliw. They never failed hahaha. Most of the time they were mocking and picking on the audience but it was really fun, lahat ng tao super game naman. If you're pikon, well sorry you'll lose. LOL.
It was also somehow a blessing in disguise that we were sitting somewhere the camera rarely pans, or you would see me on TV clicking away with a 300mm lens that I purposely borrowed from a friend so I can do "up close" shots. I managed to take a lot of shots (posted on my personal FB), but I'll include some within this post.
The guests for the taping we watched were DJs Sir Rex Kantatero and Pakito Jones of 93.9 iFM. They performed a song they composed (in the tune of Nicki Minaj's Super Bass) for Vice the day before the taping. Such geniuses!

The phenomenal, as Vice puts it (and no one can deny that they were indeed), Sexbomb girls (3 of them). Sobrang cool and nakakaaliw.
..the pretty and talented (hay, them already! lol) singing sisters Karylle and Zia. They both got their parents' sense of humor! cool, huh? :) They also compliment each other's personalities!
Last but not the least, Mr. Ted Failon. Though it looked like he was in a hurry, his interview with Vice went on for about 30 minutes.
Overall, watching the taping was uber fun (for lack of a better term)! Imagine watching Vice on TV or on the big screen can already make you LOL and ROTFL at the same time, what more watching her live! Though I hoped that she'll mingle with the audience more even behind the cameras, its understandable that she cant due to her hectic sched. Her thank you and goodbye after the taping sounded sincere.

Factoids
Exactly 3 months since my last rant/post/entry. May seem like a long time but when you think about it, same stuff happen everyday so those are somehow not worth blogging. Like, get asked by the same questions:
Are your eyes really light brown or are you wearing contact lenses?
Honestly, this is the question I dont really mind nor get tired of saying "YES" to. haha. Yeah, Im just proud that it is. So yep its real! :) Though I do wear clear contact lenses due to bad eyesight. I can only see things and recognize people who are in a maximum of 3 feet near me. I did try wearing colored contact lenses before but it was sometimes uncomfy and they expire faster.
with contacts
without contacts
But there was this one time that it got me a little annoyed. While we were ordering at one of the famous fastfood chains, I was looking at the menu behind the cashier. I didn't notice that she was staring at me coz usually they just smile and look once waiting for your orders. When I was about to place my order, she then elbowed her fellow crew beside her and both of them stared. I looked at them both back and asked with eyebrows raised, "Pwede na magorder?"
Fact 1: I dont like being stared at. It makes me reaaallly conscious and insecure :-/
Are you a tomboy or lesbian?
No. I move/act/dress boyishly but that doesnt mean I am. I do admire uber nice pretty girls/women and have lots of awesome gay friends. but Im straight. :) A super Fact 2.
My relationship status in FB is with one of my best gal friends. It was just a big tripping and it worked REALLY well! As they say, "walang basagan ng trip ng iba". In other words, mind yer own biz. LOL.
People are so fascinated with online information that they dont mind or even forget the real world which holds the truth.
Why are you NBSB?
NBSB or No Boyfriend Since Birth. Hell yeah me and my best friends are! \m/
I literally hang like a processing computer when I get asked this question. LMAO! Sometimes when different people ask me that, different answers also come out. HAHA. The answers are very true though so I never lied about it.
"Coz I definitely dont have the supermodel qualities that most guys look for in a gal"
"i enjoy being single so i can still hold of my own time and be independent"
"...most of my suitors are now my kabarkada coz were better off as that"
But when I ask myself that, the answer thats always been in my head is (Fact 3:) Im still kind of immature, that Im sometimes careless with whatever I do or say that most of the time it affects people around me in a negative way. I dont want anyone getting hurt or hassled (is there such a word?) because of me (if ever they are or they'll be). I know how I could handle my own excess baggage or pain but people are different, so I dunno how they will/can handle theirs. It would be, like, in my conscience forever if they got hurt because of me.

because #isupportRHBill..
here's the story..i twitted:
..and that twit got retweeted (thanks to y'all who have the same belief as I am) as you can see the mini avatars below. In addition to the ones below:
then this guy came along lecturing me as if I have no idea about the RHBill and being a catholic. Read from the bottom:
Now read from the top:
Really, some still dont get it. As Angel Locsin once twitted "the Reproductive Health Bill, isn’t just about contraceptives and birth control: it's also about education for women and protecting the welfare of children."
'nuff said.
Read and understand the full text here before going against it.

Obviously sour grapin'..or just plain stupid
I never liked Willie Revillame, even during MTB days. I was actually wondering why he was even given another chance with the show Wowowee.
First few months of his first comeback (or was it 2nd?!) in ABS CBN was ok, saying how thankful he was for his friends who helped him survive during his "downtime"after being laid off due to the controversy on his previous show MTB. That was fine, since he should be grateful after all!
But obviously that was just for show, ya know.
After Wowowee was cancelled and replaced by Pilipinas Win na Win (which I think is a pretty good and fun show with Kris A. and Robin P), he said bad things about the network that made or helped him to be so rich and famous, ABS CBN, alongside filing a case and never stopped badmouthing channel 2. To think that he'll never even will be able to get luxury houses and cars if it wasnt for his show.
He was given chances one to many times. But its more than enough. I think that he just got lucky again in getting the show at TV5, Willing Willie. I wonder what he said (or gave?!) to his new network's management. Prolly few of his house and lots? Or brand new sedans like what he gave to each of his show's dancers who sided with him? Pffft. Coins.
Life is a cycle. Once an addict, always an addict.
Most of all, karma is soooooo digital. If im not mistaken, it began when you said bad stuff about ABS CBN. The original network who actually made him known, the basis of his new show Willing Willie. Then he also called his "best friend" on-air, telling John Estrada that he is no longer interested in becoming a best man to JE's wedding.
Willing Willie is now on a "set back" due to the "Jan-Jan" issue, and it is again the host's fault. But he'll NEVER admit it. In fact, he threatened to sue those who said bad stuff about him on Twitter! Immature, isnt he?
Number one, Twitter is a social networking site and should probably need to get one and not depend on hear-says.
Two, NOBODY said anything bad about him personally (i follow those he is pinpointing, and planning to sue). Its about what he did to the poor kid, making him dance like a macho dancer while crying. Its about the situation..not about Willie personally. Willie reacting like that only shows that he is guilty.
Three, Willie keeps on saying that his show is for the people. He claims to be needed by the people. Raaaaayyyyt you are...not. Just for your info Willie R, if you are really so "willing willie" to help the people who are need, you dont need a TV show. Those celebrities you are threatening to sue, what were they able to do for the people you ask?
Ever remember what Jim Paredes, along with Danny Javier and Buboy Garovillo, did at EDSA Rev, to mention a few? Lea Salonga made Filipino talents be recognized abroad, aside from handling/managing her own fund raising activities and charities. Yes, plural. Did she ever need paparazzi following her around to be able to share her blessings? Same goes with Bianca Gonzales, she posts her adventures during her charity visits and encourage people to help too, aside from helping about 10 kids or more in finishing their studies. Moreover, whatever you said about Aiza Seguerra is way out of line. That is so foul, man. Not even connected to your controversy. Who are you to say that when you dont even have half the talents and achievements of Aiza S.?
Obviously, you wanting to help is just for your own sake. You have a show, you're getting paid, and you have sponsors. Also, the "help" you are giving to the people, most of it didnt come from your own pocket.
Have you also ever thought that you have supporters because you give big and easy money. What if you no longer do so, ya think that they'll still be your followers?
If you really mean helping, it should be automatic. Never expect something in return...like humiliating someone, especially a kid (minor) in front of an audience and in nationwide TV. You are a TV personality, you should know how to be a host. You should know how to do responsible hosting.
Indeed we may not be aware of what you do behind the camera. But as Bianca G puts it: “I really believe that what a person says or writes is a reflection of the kind of person he or she is.”
Well, I want to say good luck to TV5 in seeking improvement for Willing Willie. I hope they'll also realize very soon that their host needs a hell lotta help from the experts from across the globe...combined. Divine intervention may also help.
Just sayin.

Happy 1.1.11!
Yey! Everything's new for me this year :) I'll be starting from scratch. New work begins on Monday :) Its gonna be a new environment, new world (or culture hehe) and of course new acquaintances which will soon be my new found friends.
BUT... I will never forget my 2010. Thinking over what happened in my life the past year, I realized its the most fruitful. I mean, I was able to experience ALL..haha! Seriously.. and I thank God for those happenings or experiences. See? He wouldnt give you challenges or obstacles you cant handle. I'm the living proof! lol :D
We may all have an unforgettable something in 2010, but we can already consider it as part of our personal histories. Also, though they say that history repeats itself, we still have the joystick to our future.
Its time to move on and start a clean slate! Forgive and forget. Let all the positive vibes in! I will :D
Lets all do a happy bunny hop to the new year 2011!
Also, dont forget:
